Clicking on these links will either play it immediately or download it. It depends on your setup. If you want to be sure of downloading it (so you can play it later when you are off-line), then right click on it, and choose "Save Target As...." (and don't forget to notice where you saved it to! :) If you are still having problems, please read here.

If you would like access to the NQ Eisteddfod midi files please send an email by clicking: mackaychoralsociety@gmail.com

Please choose the file that corresponds with your part. When you play them you will find that your part is the loudest, and on the right channel, all other parts are on the left. However if you still find the other parts distracting, you only need to slide the balance over to the right to eliminate them. On the other hand if you wish to test your memory you can do this by sliding the balance to the left.

Tempos are roughly at the performance tempo. However if you wish to slow down those tricky sections, it is suggested that you download and install the free Vanbasco Karaoke Player which will enable you to change the tempo with a slider.

These have been checked fairly meticulously, but if you do find an error - even a single note, please send me an email at mackaychoralsociety@gmail.com. Thanks.

As for the copyright legality of these MIDI files, my  research leads me to believe that they fall under the "fair use" doctrine for copyright material, under the subsection "scholarship and research". It should also be noted that these Midis are useless without a singer having the sheet music in front of them, and as such it only encourages the sale of sheet music, instead of diminishing it.
